To participate in training sessions or events, individuals must complete the required registration and meet the eligibility criteria, including age and fitness requirements.
All course fees, event charges, and franchise payments must be made in full before participation. Fees once paid are non-refundable unless specified otherwise in writing.
All content, logos, materials, and training programs provided by Yoddha Academy are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
Yoddha Academy is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during participation, except where caused by proven negligence on our part.
Individuals or organizations interested in becoming franchise partners must enter a separate franchise agreement. Franchisees must adhere to our branding, training standards, and operational guidelines.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes means you accept the updated terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services for violations of these terms without prior notice.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of local courts where the academy is headquartered.
